Thank you for your interest in contributing to the 2026 Business Excellence Awards gift bags! Before completing this form, please ensure your business is able to provide a minimum of 500 branded merchandise items or products for distribution to event attendees.

As a valued gift bag contributor, your brand will receive added visibility through inclusion in our digital program, event presentation slides, and post-event thank you emails. Additionally, your products will go home with over 500 business professionals, offering a unique opportunity to leave a lasting impression.

Once submitted, a member of our team will review your details and follow up within 3–5 business days. If approved, all gift bag items (minimum 500) must be delivered by Wednesday, May 20th.
