Workforce Recharged: Conference & Expo is a two-day event presented by the Brampton Board of Trade in partnership with Skills Council of Canada. This dynamic experience brings together business leaders, workforce experts, policymakers, and educators for keynotes, panels, and the SME Expo—showcasing workforce solutions alongside a diverse range of B2B SMEs driving innovation and growth.

Terms & Conditions

1. Application & Payment 

Applications will be reviewed and confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. 

To ensure a diverse and balanced exhibitor floor, a maximum of 3–4 exhibitors per business category will be accepted. Applications may be waitlisted if a category reaches capacity. 

An invoice will be issued upon approval of this application. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date or prior to event setup, whichever comes first. Booth space is not guaranteed until payment is received in full. 

 

2. Cancellations & Refunds 

Written notice of cancellation is required. 

Cancellations received before October 1, 2025 will be refunded less a 25% administrative fee. 

Cancellations after October 1, 2025 are non-refundable. 


3. Exhibitor Responsibilities 

Exhibitors are responsible for the setup, staffing, and dismantling of their booths within designated move-in/move-out times. 

Exhibitors must provide their own insurance coverage for booth materials, staff, and activities. The Brampton Board of Trade and Skills Council of Canada are not liable for loss, theft, or damage. 

All displays must comply with venue rules, including fire, electrical, and safety regulations. 


4. Marketing & Media Release 

By participating, exhibitors grant the Brampton Board of Trade and Skills Council of Canada the right to use their company name, logo, and images (including photographs/video taken during the event) for promotional purposes before, during, and after the event. 


5. Liability & Indemnity 

Exhibitors agree to hold harmless the Brampton Board of Trade, Skills Council of Canada, Pearson Convention Centre, and their officers, staff, and volunteers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from participation in this event. 


6. Force Majeure 

In the event of circumstances beyond the organizers’ control (including natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions), the event may be modified, rescheduled, or cancelled. Organizers will make reasonable efforts to refund or credit fees where possible, but shall not be liable for additional costs incurred by exhibitors.
