Start the new year with purpose, connection, and meaningful community impact.
The inspiHER Network invites you to a powerful winter volunteer session at Regeneration on Thursday, January 22, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, a morning dedicated to supporting local women and families with compassion and dignity.
This special inspiHER session brings together the women of the Brampton Board of Trade for a hands-on diaper and wipes drive, where we’ll be creating thoughtful care bundles for mothers in our community. During the event, participants will assemble diaper-and-wipe kits and include a personal message of encouragement, a small but heartfelt reminder to each woman receiving a bundle that she is seen, valued, and supported.
To make this impact possible, we strongly encourage attendees to bring diapers and baby wipes, as these will be the core items used in our volunteer activity. We also welcome donations of non-perishable food items to further support families relying on Regeneration’s services.
Food & Pantry Items:
• Baked beans
• Canned meat (tuna, salmon, ham)
• Canned vegetables and fruits
• Crackers
• Granola bars
• Hot and cold cereals
• Jam
• Kraft Dinner
• Cooking oil
• Pasta sauce
• Pancake batter, flour, and syrup
• Peanut butter
• Tea bags
Every diaper, wipe, and pantry item donated helps provide stability, comfort, and hope to a family in need. And every encouraging note written during our session will offer a moment of kindness that goes far beyond the bundle itself.
Your presence doesn’t just make a difference, it multiplies it. By volunteering side by side, we amplify our collective impact and demonstrate the strength of women supporting women.
Join us at Regeneration, 253 Queen St E, Brampton, and be part of a winter morning that creates real, tangible change.
Let’s uplift our community, empower one another, and inspire meaningful action, together.
