Manufacturing Insights for a Resilient Workforce

June 3, 2025 (8:30 AM - 10:30 AM) (EDT)

Description

You're Invited: Manufacturing Insights for a Resilient Workforce
Presented in collaboration with: Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters (CME)

Join fellow Brampton business leaders, manufacturers, educators, and policymakers for a dynamic breakfast event focused on shaping the future of Ontario’s manufacturing workforce.

Earlier this month CME released its 2025 Ontario Manufacturing Workforce Report, the most comprehensive workforce study of its kind. Drawing from 13 regional roundtables and consultations with over 110 organizations across the province, the report identifies critical workforce challenges, assesses regional dynamics, and presents practical recommendations.

This event offers an exclusive opportunity to:

- Hear remarks from Brampton Mayor Patrick Brown and Vincent Caron, Vice President of Government Relations CME

- Ask questions of our expert panel as they review the key findings and recommendations of the workforce report

- Engage with decision-makers and advocate for workforce policies that meet the needs of Brampton’s manufacturing sector

- Demonstrate regional leadership and build a stronger, united voice for Brampton’s manufacturing community

Let’s work together to ensure workforce resilience and long-term competitiveness in Ontario’s manufacturing economy.
